The 12-month plan runs for 12 months. After that, everything continues month to month and you can leave with one month’s notice.
Nothing long-term. From your second year, hosting, updates and support continue month to month, from £11 a month including your domain renewal. Give one month’s notice whenever you like. If you move your site elsewhere, there’s nothing more to pay.
On the 12-month plan, the monthly payments cover building your site as well as your first year, so the rest of that year’s payments are still due if you leave early. If you paid one-off, there’s nothing more to pay. Either way, we’ll help you move your domain, website files and content to wherever you’re going next.
You own your website, including its design, files, content and domain. The domain is registered in your name, and we’ll hand over the files to you or a new provider whenever you ask.

Your Google Business Profile is the listing people see in Google Maps and search. We set it up properly, with the right categories, opening hours, photos and a link to your website, so local customers can find you. It’s part of the Monthly SEO add-on (from £49 a month) and isn’t included in any tier.
Text edits, swapping photos, updating prices or opening hours, and small tweaks to existing pages are all included. Bigger jobs, like a new page or a new feature, are quoted separately.
Real-person support from 9am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Small changes (text edits, photo swaps, price or hours updates) are included. Extended support adds contact outside those hours.
