These terms apply to your use of the SunnDeck website. By using the site you agree to them. They don’t cover our website design, hosting or support services: those are covered by the proposal and agreement we give you before any work starts.

The information on this site
The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not an offer or a quote. Prices, plans and features are confirmed in writing in a proposal before any work starts. Some designs, screenshots, animations and examples are illustrative mock-ups made to show what’s possible, and the businesses in them may be fictional.
Intellectual property
We, or the people who license material to us, own the rights to the design, text, graphics, animations and code on this site. Client websites shown in our portfolio belong to those clients and are shown with their permission. Photos are used under licence from their owners. You may not reuse any of this material for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, including client sites, those links are for your information only. We have no control over their content and aren’t responsible for it.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website free of charge and for information only. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on its content, including loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
Your personal information
We only use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings there.
